The VALOREM Group supports the development of the SubSea Quieter® adapted for floating wind turbine foundations

On the occasion of FOWT Conference (FOWT BREST 2025), Gwenael Desse, our Chief Business Officer at Greenov, had the opportunity to meet with the team from Groupe VALOREM to discuss a shared goal: reducing the impact of underwater noise caused by the rise of floating wind energy. 💡

𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: GROUPE VALOREM and GREENOV are now collaborating with a shared objective: to reduce the impact of underwater noise generated during the installation of foundations for future floating wind farms.

𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥: With the support of GROUPE VALOREM, we are launching preliminary studies to define various concepts of our system tailored to floating wind turbine pile foundations, identify key challenges, and begin sizing the necessary subsystems.

𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: To anticipate the challenges of reducing underwater noise at significant depths (up to 300 meters), where currently no effective solution exists.
